Many of our products are hand painted or custom printed to order. The estimated production time associated with each item can be found on the product detail page, next to “Availability”. If the allotted time has elapsed, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@Kids-Art.com so that we may provide you with an update on your order. For faster service, please have your order number handy.
2I was charged, but my order hasn’t shipped, why?
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do charge at the time your order is placed.
3Is express shipping available?
Yes, we do offer express shipping on many items. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@Kids-Art.com for express shipping options. To receive a shipping quote, just let us know the date the order is needed by, along with the shipping address.
4Do you have any stores where I can see your products in person?
Yes, our store is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Please visit us at 709 Hillsborough Street to see our products in person.

6Do you ship internationally?
Yes, most of our products can be shipped internationally. Shipping charges will automatically calculate during the checkout process, and our Customer Care Team is also happy to assist you with any questions.
7Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?
Yes, customs fees, taxes and duties vary per country, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
